Now I will say that it's definitely their right to hire based off of these pretenses, but it's a bit strange to me. Not only am I vying for the position based off of my credentials/experience, but now it's a competition of hardship and the virtue I may have gained from these experiences. What do you guys think about this?
(edit) Btw this is a Montessori charter school in a wealthy part of town.
