leaving my $60k/yr City Job

I'm currently working for the city in an office making $60k/yr.Job is not stressful. But I'm at the highest position I could reach..now I got an offer from the Mta conductor which at top pay makes about $62k/year . Stressful. Mandatory overtime but have room to grow..and I'll be able to live outside the city which I can't do at my current job.. I have a 2 year old at home with no reliable child care and fear that the Hectic schedule of the mta could be challenging..My question is should I leave my easy going job to take the MTA position?
