Would a dual major: AA in Accounting and AA in Cybersecurity help me get a decent job?

I already have some social science degrees. I was thinking an AA in cyber security and accounting could help me. I have a grant, so I am only paying for books.

I am thinking of transferring to WGU after I graduate. I am not sure if I prefer accounting or working in tech/helpdesk/sys admin. My goal is to graduate in a year, since I already have my gen ed courses covered.

I know a BS in Cybersecurity or IT would be pretty intense, so I am hoping to get an entry level job or a foot in the door somewhere, so I can work while getting a viable income and keep a roof over my head. I am almost 30 and my social science degrees have not proved to be helpful.
