Which career route has better possibility for future advancement beyond manager level?

I’m stuck on 2 job offers. I can’t decide which one to take. One job is a Global Security Operations Specialist with a private security company that pays $30/hr, and the other is a supervisor position under corporate at a food production factory that pays set 65K with possibility of overtime.

Which career path would you follow if you had these 2 choices?

I am looking at the future. I did my own analysis on possibilities for future growth and I feel that there are more opportunities in the food production sector since there are many food production companies including big brands.

I don’t know much about the private security sector and it’s room for growth past manager level.

Any advice, suggestions or recommendations please let me know.
