Filling out a application, got stuck. Advice needed

I'm currently filling out a app for a custodial/janitorial position. I'm 24, my last and only job I had was when I was 17 as a dishwasher. Do you guys think I should list it in employment history?

Also there's this section:

Q: [SPECIAL SKILLS Summarize special skills and training acquired through employment and other experience]

A: [Proficient in household cleaning. Diligent with cleaning chemicals.]

I honestly can't think of anything else to put in. The above section, any suggestions and advice to get my mind moving in the right place would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
