Trying to figure out my next move

I currently work as an inventory analyst for an industrial tool distributor and have prior experience in procurement and restaurant management, with a BS in Economics. I am looking to take the next step which I think must include improving my education. So I was thinking about either going for a supply chain certification or SQL coding or Java developer or just a MBA. I'm trying to think which would be the most efficient (i.e. take the least amount of time and provide the most increase in my salary)

Has anyone been in a similar situation? What do you think would be best to bump up my salary?
