I applied as a receptionist in a dental office and I have no experience in a dental office but I do have some in healthcare, I know not the same but I was willing to do my best to learn.
When I applied the lady told me that since I have no experience they would like to see how quick I catch on to things.
I went today, it was very difficult. And they told me they would let me know if they hire me. They said I catch on pretty quick and I’m a fast learner.
I guess today wasn’t paid? Are they just having people work for them for free? And not letting us know or just have us come in for busy days? Because today was pretty busy and she told me normally it’s not. So … I don’t want to think like that but my mother told me the same thing. That they’re just having people come in and work for free pretty much.
