To all immigrants who got a job on the country they moved to.How hard is it to get a job?

I’m an international student in NZ from Brazil, I still have about 1 and a half years, my GPA is a B. But the plan is to finish my degree and get a job within my area, (finance + either business analytics or supply chain and operations management, I’m chasing one of my majors). Now I have been asking friends who immigrated and how they went and got jobs. How hard/easy is it? Sure I know there are a lot of factors. But for example, can I get a job in a big company? Or should I aim for an entry level job and grind my way up? Or just shoot everywhere and all?
