Bosses asking me to work an 84 hour work week

I work 12 hour shifts, and on my long weeks (5 days) I already work 60 hours. I get two days off, and they are asking me to cover the other guys shifts. There are other employees who could do it and not have to work such a long week.

While I don't have actual plans for the days (in January) I can't really do 84 hours. I will have no time for other responsibilities I have outside of work. Would it be unprofessional of me to straight up tell them I can not work 84 hours in a week, as I have other responsibilities?

And yes I would be paid OT, but I don't really need the money. I need the time.
