In the middle of a background checking and can't prove unemployment

Hello guys, I've applied for this big company and already went through 2 interviews successfully.

The company already "hired" me, but as they build my contract, they sent me some online forms for me to fill, asking about my last 5 years of employment.

I've been on and off some jobs as I come from a 3rd world country, where in many unemployment situations, I've received nothing from the government or any organisation, I just survived by pure luck and help from some family, but in the end, I have no document that proves that I wasn't working at that time, and the BG checking requires that.

There's no way from me to produce any proof from my time there (I'm in a different country now)

What should I do in this situation?
