Just finished my last day at my job, was told my outstanding vacation pay would be included with my final pay but my Ceridian Dayforce says otherwise. What to do?

I just ended my employment with this company, I worked there for over a year but only as part time casual. Ceridian Dayforce is what we used to get paid and see our pay stubs.

In my resignation letter it says my last pay period would be on November 5th, and my last day is today. I was told in that letter by my boss that I would be receiving my outstanding vacation pay (according to my pay stub it was around 800$ a week ago)

But I checked my Ceridian to see what my last pay would’ve been for this Friday, and it’s just my hourly? I looked deeper and yep no vacation pay on there just the hours I worked which was only 28 so it equaled to 530$.

What do I do? Do I email them before I get paid?
