How long should I stay at a Job?

So I've worked at my company for around 10 months, and after a few months I've started becoming more and more miserable after the honeymoon phase wore off. My coworkers are amazing and they're the only thing helping me maintain my sanity, but the management is terrible.

My question is how long should I stay here before I start looking. I graduated from university two years ago and I've only been able to get temporary jobs, so I don't have anything more than 4 months at a position. I don't want to give the appearance of being a job hopper on my resume, but do you think I should hold out for a year or should I start looking as soon as possible?
