Deciding on leaving job without notice

There's a lot of reasons, would take too long to name all of them, so I'll just name a few.

I'm planning on ending my contract tomorrow without any notice, due to employer's misconduct and a new opportunity.

My employer pays me less for overtime hours than regular hours, which is quite a big issue. They pay me 5.5 eur per hour while legally it should be 7.5, considering I do A LOT of mandatory overtime, this adds up over time. This brings me to the point that I've worked more hours over a period of 4 months than is legally allowed.

My health has been affected largely as well. I have intense back pain, vomit at work a couple times a week, have pretty bad pain in the heart area (I've gone to a doctor about it and they said it wasn't my heart, but it's gotten a lot worse) and often feel like I'm about to pass out as well as have a numb hand or leg.

Also, my employer doesn't pay any taxes on me, and upon confronting them, they lied and later ended up saying I'm young I shouldn't care about the benefits I would get from paying taxes.

Since I work at nights only, I've developed serious sleep issues (take about 4 hours minimum to just fall asleep, and due to heavy workload that amounts to about 2 hours of sleep per day)

Also my boss threatened me that if I keep asking them for my paycheck (since it was late 3 weeks), correct payment for overtime and taxes, she will make me pay for all issues that costed the company money in the past 6 months (i work in storage, so that's something being late due to a fast day, etc)

I would have done this a long time ago, the only thing keeping me from doing it, is me considering my coworkers friends.

The reason I'm thinking about it again, is I got a job opportunity with a 3x larger monthly wage, and they want me to start in a week.

Should I do it? I really don't want to be known as the dick that left on the spot (which one of my coworkers did, and i had to work every day of the week + overtime 2-6 hours every day for 7 weeks straight. The coworker didn't send an official leaving document, which makes me consider him an actual dick, but I understand why he did it)

What makes it worse, is I know that my coworkers will have to work every day for 2-3 months straight since the next work candidate is set to join us then.

All I want to know is if the mentioned reasons really are justifiable to make me leave on the spot.
