first job at 21- what are my options?

Hi, i'm in a rough spot and don't really have anyone to ask advice from - which, as always.. calls for a reddit post, lol. I just turned 21 and have never had a 'real' job before (excluding petsitting and some informal situations). no college (yet) just a highschool diploma. I also don't drive but i can get around.

i honestly only need to make $600 a month, just enough to cover rent+food, but my hard limit is i'll only work part time. which seems easy enough but i can't seem to find anywhere that won't try and work me to death, presumably because everyone everywhere is short-staffed right now, but... I've had some interviews for positions listed as part-time, mostly retail, but at EVERY one of these, they sneak in that this is "actually a full time position" and expect me to be chill with it.

I really need a job that is sort of predictable and repetitive and preferably slow-paced, or at least as close to that as possible. not lazy or incapable just have really bad untreated anxiety at the moment and I don't think i can handle the hectic environment of a target or McDonalds. Does a job like that even exist?? are retail and fast food truly my only options? I'm sure this is a stupid question everyone is asking themselves right now but if anyone here has any insight i would REALLY appreciate it!!
