I have been truly suffering in this job for 3 months. I got hired with no related job experience, and my training period was a cluster fuck of "I don't have the time to sit down and train you soooo figure out as much of it as you can yourself". Which in turn turned into me being barely able to do the basic duties of the job. When I finally talked to the manager, it turned into elementary school all over again... handing my work to the office manager to double check. Today within the span of 20 minutes she came to my desk 5 times to point out all the little things that were not wrong, just not up to her standards. So today, right after I clocked out and before I left, I sent my resignation letter and two week notice. I've already interviewed for a position I'm more than likely gonna get ( waiting on interviewing with the district manager ) that pays 2 dollars more and is 10 minutes from my house, and applied to a retail job just for backup. Money is great, but your dignity is worth even more.
