Started 3 weeks ago. I just don't feel it's compatible. My team doesn't speak to me and I have an incredibly introverted manager that Im having difficulty dealing with. Maybe I'm just feeling isolated at the moment. Idk.
Im thinking of giving till the end of this month before I make a concrete decision. Ive got plenty of savings and a very strong employment history working with Fortune 100 & 500 companies.
Would be great to hear advice from anyone that had a similar experience.
