Is fitting in at work necessary?

Just wondering what y’all think of this. I don’t fit in at my workplace and I’m pretty quiet because of it. Talking isn’t required at my job as it’s an assembly line but I feel pressured to leave somedays. I work hard and always go above and beyond. Is it wrong for me to stay at a job where I don’t fit in socially? I almost feel as if I’m disliked because I’m quiet and it’s a terrible feeling cause I suffer from anxiety and I don’t have many job prospects so working there is good for me. WhT do you think ?
