I apologize in advance if my grammar is not that great since English is not my first neither second language I will do my best to be clear.
Ok so I work as a Cook in a retirement home, and there are 15 of us including me, now ever since I started working a few years ago one thing bugged me a hell of a lot, there are two coworkers who LOVE to snich everything to our head 'Chef' (he is a heartless and manipulative ass who considers himself to be the smartest and greatest) now at first I could sallow some misinformation and I was for the most of my years silent about the fact that they love to tell bs to our boss and get away with it, but the thing is I started to crack bit by bit ( I am hot headed in nature so it was a real pain for me to ignore it in the first place) out boss would always overreact and punish us in odd and sick ways ( scrubbing the toilets, extra shifts, less free days etc...) and well you don't want that to happen to you. So the two coworkers one I will name R and the other M love to tag team but also talk crap on each other behind their backs, R would present herself as a kind old lady (late 50's) who will help you out and so on but in realty she would use every error to bring you down and earn points with our boss, while M was more or less the same but not really kind just a manipulative ass who would spread misinformation and watch. (M is in her mid 50's). Now the bouth of them would go to each of us a gossip the other coworkers, I am in good relations with most of them so it was rly pissing me off but what can I say? If I say something to them there will be hell to pay and they would usually sabotage me for it. i couldn't take it anymore sine for the last week I was cleaning up after R for all the mess she did during work (she is messy af and its rly disgusting) only for her to call me out that I left something on my shift ( it was 2 cardboards and some homemade lemonade me and my coworker made and left it for the morning shift to drink) and then my boss called me out for it, needles to say I WAS PISSED OFF. I was cleaning after her for a whole week so that our boss doesn't see it (since I don't want anyone to have to deal with this GIGANT DICK). Now I didn't want to make a fuss about it since my boss was still here, later one of my coworkers calls me and tells me that the boss found out cuz of M and R, next day comes and my boss was on his free days so I decide that I have to ask her WTF is wrong with her, I tell her that S (my coworker who called me and told me about it) told me that it was her who sniched on me and before I get the chance to ask her anything or try anything in a normal convo she well... She gets pissed at me for saying that and runs off, only to come back and tell me that she knows that I told our boss that I don't want to work with her and if its possible to distance myself from her so that we don't work many shifts together, I say in cold blood that thats true and that I stand by that, she turns around and heads off, now I am on my free day and my coworker texts me that she told the boss something about it and that he is pissed off, now Idk what to do next, I know that tomorrow I will have a talk (conformation with my boss) and Idk what to do, since they work together for more than 20 years. Don't get me wrong my boss doesn't like anyone, only when he needs someone than he is nice to you, otherwise you can go to hell for all that he cares for. But still they have been working together for 20 years idk what can happen. If someone has a good advice feel free to comment. I will post the result of the talk with my boss in a day or two for anyone who is interested.
