Which has a better career path trajectory/ transferable skills, 3PL, or payroll client service supervisor ? Does anyone else have a hard time deciding on a career path and become extremely doubtful?

Title says it all. I posted this a while back and got no hits. I am at a loss and am worried of my next job choice. I just started one but feel like it may be a dead end. For reference I worked for a large wholesaler (think design), as several titles and ended up as a supervisor. I’m 31, no degree. And I feel like the next choice I make will make or break me. Because if I don’t like it I will end up not just being a job hopper but instead an industry hopper , which to me looks even worse. I like busy work, hate call centers. My gut says 3PL is more inline with my skill set and will help, but the supervisor role is 13k more a year which is hard to pass up. Help !
