My response : Im interested in the role bc im passionate about matching individuals with companies. Overall, its a great win win situation when youre able to contribute to a mutual benefit that works for both sides . im also a student and know the satisfaction that comes with obtaining a job that youve worked hard for.
-i am also interested in the position BC of my current as well as former roles. I currently interview clients as a case manager to see if they are a match for our firm to represent them and enjoy reading & learning about their financial backgrounds .
- I am also drawn to xyz firm's(name of firm) global perspective & would enjoy gaining exposure to different kinds of law. Im also passionate about being detail oriented& organized and want to utilize these skillsets(she asked a follow up question about these skills later on) to help interview candidates as I I am interested in helping recruit talent.

Job job description assist with all aspects of law student, entry-level, judicial clerk, and lateral associate hiring for the Dallas office and Central/West regions as needed.
-Maintain candidate application information in recruitment database (ViDesktop) and ensure accuracy of data in a timely manner
• Prepare on-campus interviewing materials for attorneys and organize, track, and post interview materials. • Support the interview process by creating and sending interview schedules, soliciting feedback on candidates, and preparing interview files
• Assist with new hire orientations, including scheduling and orientation materials/binders (currently being transitioned to the HR department).
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of information in ARD charts, and provide statistical data as needed.
• Support the Summer Program by coordinating orientation, training, social events, assignment tracking, performance evaluations and preparing summer associate files. • Coordinate schedules for on-campus and callback interviews.
