So I just had a panel interview and I'd like to send my interviewers a thank you letter. However, HR specifically stated that if I wanted to, I'd need to email it to my recruiter for them to share rather than directly. Would it be a bad idea to just write a single thank you letter and address all of the panel members? I don't want to create unnecessary work for my recruiter and I think it'd be a bit awkward for my recruiter to read 3 letters that are basically the same (with very minor changes).
