I'm a billing analyst wanting to be in the internal audit department. 2 weeks ago I had an interview with HR and only thing against me is no accounting degree.. and now I recieved this email from the audit manager.
"Hi -------,
I apologize for the delayed response. I will set up a teams call for this week so we can discuss you’re future plans and the best course of action to better qualify for the role.

What you think are they considering me or going to tell me I need more requirements?
