How does hiring a candidate work when the 3rd round of interviews consists of interviewing with 6 people individually?

I'm at my 3rd round of interviews for this company, and it is 5 45 minute interviews with each team member of the teams I'll be working with. How does hiring work? Do they all have to say "yes" to hiring me? The reason why I asked is that I wasn't sure if I did very well with one of the people I interviewed today... but the other one I felt pretty good about. I still have 3 more tomorrow (they divided them into two days) so I still have a chance to impress the rest, but I'm just curious.
