Not sure what to do

So I’ve taken several aptitude tests and even professional services from vocational rehab and like 7/10 of the recommended jobs are some type of nurse. So I started nursing school and I really don’t like it. Most of the job responsibilities are not what I want to do. I want to help people, but not like that (I’m interested in orthopedics/PT). I know it’s a diverse profession but it seems like a waste of time and money to go through all that school and not be a traditional nurse. I already have 2 degrees. How did I get so far off?
