Hello everyone! I have got a job offer but they are saying I will have to pass a background check which includes criminal and financial. I will be working as a phlebotomist at a clinic not a hospital. I have no criminal history but I am unsure what they mean by financial. I’m worried I won’t get this job. I have no loans or anything I paid my car in full. As far as i know I don’t have a credit score i have no credit. Will this impact my job?
