My company is not paying me.

I started in Mid September and have not received a paycheck yet. All I get is a “your issue has been elevated to the highest levels and there is nothing I can do except wait for whoever the unknown level person is to fix the issue. This has been the worst on boarding experience of my life and I don’t know what to do.
