Job Salary Expectations

I'm scheduled for an interview next week for a marketing position at a startup (not tech related) and I'll basically be running all their marketing.

I've been in marketing for 5 years and have been out of a job for over a year and really in need of work at the moment. I'm getting the impression they'll give me a low offer around $40K-$45K USD. I think I'm worth a minimum of at least $60K, but in desperate need for the job.

It can't hurt to try negotiating, right?
