Is it a good sign if the phone interviewer told me the exact day I would hear back (even tho I had to ask first) and if she asked if I was interviewing at other places ?

scheduled for 15 min phone interview ..more like phone screen though - picked up when she called but bc I was tryna slip away from work I asked if I could call back in a just a few aecs bc elevator wasnt working (this is true) . ended up calling her back 1 min after interview was scheduled. - she asked for desired salary even tho I already stated it on my app bc she asked for a. Second time I ended up lowballing myself smh

• she asked why I wanted the role gave her info relevant to the role

• she then asked how i stay organized and handled difficult personalities. She really liked my answer to the last question

• she then asked if I had any questions for her.

• I asked her what next steps were and she told me. She would pass on her info to the hiring manager who would then make a decision

-i asked her a question about the role, she said it was a really good question . then I asked if she wanted to add anything about the firm( invite stated it would be a chance to learn more about me and for me to get to know the firm which she never elaborated on) .She briefly reiterated how it was a well known firm and that was about it.

• at the end i asked , "if selected, how long after the phone screen could I expect to hear back ?". She said : "honestly? By like Friday or monday." She then asked if I was interviewing at other firms.

My gut reaction was to say "no, no ..i was just asking bc im really interested in the role "( facepalm answeer. I wish I didnt say no bc I have been interviewing)

But im wondering if her telling me about clear about when to hear back & asking if I was interviewing at other places were positive signs. If so, I hope I didnt kill my chances. With my response to her asking if I was interviewing at other places.
