I've just spent the past two days gaming at my WFH job, now have a meeting in 4 hours to present my work I haven't done. What should I do?

Title says it all. I'm eloquent and a confident speaker, so I have so far been able to think on my feet and skate away from problems. Now the rubber is about to hit the road, and I have four hours to put together something that is presentable. What should I do?

Before you say get off Reddit, I am using Pomodoro Technique and putting this out in my 5 min breaks.
