Any advice for people who want out of manual labor jobs?

I live in Wisconsin and all the jobs in my area on indeed are for manufacturing, warehouse, Amazon or UPS. I work part-time at Amazon and that already gives me enough exercise for the weekend.

Not sure what my other options are. Over the years I let my weight and anxiety stop me from pursing anything other than manual labor but since I lost 10 pounds this month it's giving me courage to try something new.

If it matters I'm 30 and had some schooling but never finished.
