i'm drained and is being pushed to my limits by my leads and don't know how to draw the lines, help!

hello there! i graduated Sep 2020, and didnt find any job opportunities other than call centers for a while... i didnt take them thinking they were too much work + dealing with people/ customers isn't my thing

i found something else that suited me in Apr 2021, and been working with them since June of this year. everyone was comparing it to a call center job in the beginning and i didnt understand why, turned out we were doing a lot of work with extra unpaid hours (which they considered the same as the call center jobs)

the thing is, i get paid less than if i was working in a call center job and i'm getting paid less than everyone else in my team even though i finish the same amount of files as they do, and some days even more, than those who have been working with them for 1.5 years.

But guess what, my supervisor is pushing for more and more, they keep mentioning that we're doing a great number of files, but they feel as if we have a lot to contribute with still.. i've been drained, exhausted, overwhelmed and with zero energy to go out or chat with friends for over 3 weeks now since we have too many files to deal with...

i keep trying to draw the lines by handing over leftovers by the end of my shift but this doesnt seem to stop them from over handing me too many files the next day and every time they try to push us by saying something so incredibly ridiculous my mind freezes and i dont even have any words to say till the meeting is over and i start getting angry at them (we work from home)

it feels like i'm being pulled and i need to pull back but instead of pulling back i've been losing my hair/ is angry at myself and at the company for being so inhumane and paying me pennies, what do i do!? how do i draw the lines of the too much work? Should i talk to my supervisor or even his boss to try and put a limit to them pushing us to do more?
