I emailed my boss asking to meet in person to voice some concerns. They responded asking what issues I had. I have the intention of quitting - what is my next move?

This is a job on a college campus, so nothing high stakes. It is also the first time I have left a job due to having concerns (in my previous positions, my employers knew I would only be there for a set amount of time - ie I left due to school).

My question is: how do I respond to this email? I planned on meeting in person so I could thank them for the job opportunity, tell them specific problems, and then put in my two weeks notice. Should I send an email stating I’d prefer to speak face-to-face or should I cut to the chase?
