About 5 years ago while a student at the university of Michigan me and friend started a cosmetic e-commerce business. Long story short we sold the business a few weeks ago due to myself and the co founder not getting along.
I was mainly responsible for the marketing side of the business. Since I don’t have any employment history I want to know whether my experience operating the business would be valuable to be considered for a managerial role in marketing and whether I should apply to start ups or large companies?
