How long should you wait before following up during a salary negotiation?

I received a job offer last Thursday morning and negotiated for a $5k increase with the HR person. She told me she would reach out to me later that morning after discussing it with the team I interviewed with. She did not reach back out to me so I contacted her at the end of the day Thursday and she said she had not heard back from the team yet but would let me know as soon as she did. As of today I have not heard anything else. Is it worth following up again or should I just be patient?
