Hacked Twitter account shows up on a Google images search- should I disclose in an interview to avoid confusion?

So, when I do a Google image search of my name my old, inactive and hacked Twitter comes up. Should I disclose this in an interview so no one gets a bad impression of me from tweets I did not post during a background check?

Also I’m currently trying to get access back to the account so I can close it. I know not all companies check social networks, I just get paranoid easily.
