So I have two job offers. 1. New seasons 16.65/Hr at 37.5Hrs 2. Farmers insurance “$15-18/Hr” Farmers insurance manager claims after I get licensed I can make over $20/Hr base and then add in commissions for up to $25+.
Not sure what to do, I can close deals but I feel like farmers is hiding something. High turnover rate? Thoughts?
I live in Oregon so, My goal is to be licensed in real estate by Dec-Jan and move from there. My bills are under $1,100/Month. Just trying to grow up and make enough money to have my own apartment/House
