Walmart vs Mediacom

I currently work at Walmart, been there for two years but I always looking for something better. The only other real company in my area is mediacom and I was wondering if anyone here had any input on if moving to mediacom would be worth it. (I make $12.22 at Walmart and mediacom is offering $15)
