Basically I was at my last job for 6 years and 7 months. ThAts how I had it filled out on my application. But the first year and 3 months was through a staffing firm. I emailed the recruiter right away when I saw the background check copy that I got. I am so nervous, my first day is supposed to be Monday. Am I crazy to think this could cost me the job? A part of me thinks no big deal. But a year and 3 months is a large difference. I told her I could send my w2 for the staffing firm, and I wasn’t sure how it showed up Bc in my old works database my “anniversary “ date was when I started at the staffing firm.
