I’ve been out of work since 2018 due to health issues. Looking to re-enter the job market again because apparently everyone is hiring but nervous about the 3 year gap and my lack of qualifications, age and experience. For now I have taken a job at Walmart but I want to be making more than $13/hr at some point!!
I have a masters in English literature (which is useless; no, the typical avenues of copy writing, content marketing aren’t an option for me because I have nothing in that area), and 3 years experience in project management from before my health issues.
How much would I be penalized for having nothing since 2018? Any suggestions for work careers / opportunities?
I’m nervous about continuing with the project management route, well.. I think it’s too stressful with my health, but there’s nothing else on my resume… 😔
