Are you good after accepting an offer or keep interviewing?

I really want the one I accepted, but I got a call Friday and another one Monday about other interviews. I’m just worried it’s gonna fall through somehow; accepted on September 30th but the start date it October 25th. Long time to change their mind about the position or me.
