Please help a 32 year old turn things around

Made easy money from 21-26, discovered surfing and got hooked on travelling and chasing waves. Sold things on ebay to stay afloat and fund the travel from 26 to 32. Now girlfriend of 11 years left cause of my drinking problem and not wanting kids, dog died, got hit by a car in March, been in a psych ward for 2 weeks cause of my depression. Got diagnosed with borderline personality disorder. Been sleeping like crap for weeks because of regrets of the past.

Have a high school education, some savings and I'm in good physical shape for my age.

Please help. Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated.
