Should I Pay to do an unpaid Remote Internship in Project Management at a company if I do not know what my chances of getting hired are?

So I recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in Biology and I have struggled to find a job in my field to the point of giving up, since most jobs either require more experience and education or don't pay a living wage where I live. I applied to many companies and got many rejections, the companies I received offers from (or had the required experience and education for) pay a wage that barely allows me to survive and it's basically slavery.

In any case I started applying to jobs outside my field of work and I applied to this company that had a Project Management Internship Program for fresh graduates. Although I had no experience or desire at the time to do it, I got accepted into the internship after submitting a cover letter and having an interview with HR. The internship program is 1 month (part-time, like a few hours a day) and costs 150 dollars. After getting accepted I emailed the HR to ask about my chances of landing a full-time position and she said they would only select 3 to 4 candidates for a job as those were the vacancies available and that she is unable to disclose any further info on my chances of making it. I'm now scared to join the program cause I don't want to waste more time and money on something that doesn't lead me to have a good job at the end, so I'm confused what to do. Any advice on what to do in my situation? I have to send them my final decision on whether or not I will participate in the program soon.
