Help me decide plzz

Hey I really need some input. SO long story short I am in-between jobs right one; job 1 is offering me $23hr but the job is so annoying, slow and messy with the employees. Job #2 is giving me $18 which is my usual rate BUT the job is so fun, always new learning experiences, cool co workers, closer to home and better hours of operations. My thing is I pay for a car, college and credit cards and they add up... so idk what to do because I love money and I love the experience.

just need some advise and input on what to choose, im so conflicted like its distracting !!!! Any response will help. Thanks:)
