60 y/o and no degree. Laid off. What are realistic expectations?

My dad was laid off today from an inside sales job. Inside sales are what he's done for about the past 25 years. He works retail part-time to supplement his income, and because they offer better insurance. Also Door Dashes when available.

I'm trying to offer some encouragement and maybe help point him in the right direction, but things look so bleak. I just don't think he has it in him to do sales anymore. He works 60+ hour weeks, so it's definitely not a matter of unwillingness, but he has no degree or specialized skills.

What would be some options he could explore?
