I started this new job on the 23rd and I can already tell it’s not clicking and not going to be a good fit. I feel bad about resigning already but I don’t want to waste anymore of their or my own time. The lady who hired me is out of office until Tuesday. Do I stick it out to speak to her or just send her an email and not show up?
