Looking for potential long term jobs

Currently I’m in my last year of school but idk what I’m looking for. I have no clue what I wanna do so I came up with two of the most important points for me and maybe you guys can give me some suggestions.

-I’m looking for a job that is high in demand in many countries and requires you at least some amount of academics, such as a surgeon.

-I want it my future job to be useful for society, like I want my job to have some sort of meaning.

I’d be willing to also bend my two points if any jobs are close enough to my criteria.
