I work in Washington state at the front desk of a hotel. My feet usually are killing me by the middle of my shift. By the time I get home, I have to lay in bed for 12 hours until they finally stop hurting.
If I were to get a doctor's note saying I need a stool to sit on for part of my shift as a reasonable accommodation, will they be forced to allow this?
This is a union hotel as well (if that makes any difference?) and I just started one week ago..

Does a hotel have to give a Front Desk Agent something to sit on as a reasonable accommodation?
