Background Check Q

Hello, the financial firm my husband is interviewing for is doing a 10 year background check and needs "Education history – including education institution names, dates, addresses of high school(s) and college(s)."

They are giving us 2 days to fill it out. Problem is is that my husband went to many different colleges because of baseball, with tomorrow being a Friday Im not sure we can get verification on the dates from the school. We know the very last school date since he graduated but all the others are questionable because he bounced around so much. Should we guess? I have no idea!
