How bad does calling in sick to go to the ER on my second week of work look? :(

I just got hired as a host at an amazing restaurant, and called out sick today to go to the ER because I haven’t been able to keep any food or water down the last 24 hours or so. How bad will this look???

I just feel extra awful because I was five minutes late yesterday (someone was on the train tracks, yes, I know I should’ve still left earlier in case).

Thankfully since I’m new they have another host scheduled at the same time to train me (normally only one works at a time) so they won’t have to worry about covering. I just don’t want to get fired, but I also want to make sure I’m not dying. :(
