They’ve cut my hours, I want to increase my pay, and I think I got less than I worked for in my paycheck?

I’m not sure how to approach this and being an introvert doesn’t help. I don’t want to decrease other peoples hours by asking for more, but I’d like the money. I’m also not sure if it makes sense to ask for a higher salary because it’s my first job and I’ve only been here two months, plus I feel silly for not realizing I should have negotiated my salary when they emailed me the final offer. Help please.
